Chris Cheeseman is The Craft Beer Man
I have over 10 years’ experience in the brewing industry, starting out as a cask washer and working my way up to senior brewer at Westerham Brewery in Kent. Developing my interest in the craft brewing sector I now have Institute of Brewing (IBD) qualification in Brewing, as well as a Brewing, Food & Beverage Industry Suppliers Association (BFBI) qualification in Cellar services.
I have a university degree from Kings College London in history and war studies. This is extremely helpful to me when running my London based historical beer tours, taking visitors to heritage pubs, breweries and buildings in central London.
In addition to this I design and run bespoke beer tours across London and the surrounding counties for both private and corporate groups.
I started The Craft Beer Man in 2014 and have worked with various breweries and bottling plants all over London and the South East as well as running mobile bars and events ranging from weddings and private parties to summer fetes and music festivals in addition to running corporate events.
